When you apply, Coolabahly receives the details you enter: your name, mobile number, email address, the role you are interested in and any optional note. When you message Coolabahly HR on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp name, phone number and the text of your message. Emails to Coolabahly give us your address and whatever the email says.
Like every website, coolabahly.com receives basic technical data such as IP address, device and browser details, pages viewed, the page you came from and timestamps. These records are kept by Coolabahly's hosting provider for security and reliability, and Coolabahly does not match them to any application.

Cloudflare hosts and secures coolabahly.com and forwards email sent to Coolabahly. Google Fonts supplies the Coolabahly typefaces, so your browser loads them from Google. WhatsApp, owned by Meta, carries messages between you and Coolabahly HR. Each works under its own terms, alongside Coolabahly's. If Coolabahly adds another service, such as a form tool or advertising tag, it will be named here before it is used.
Only when the law requires Coolabahly to, or when the law allows it and it is reasonably needed to look into misuse or protect someone's rights.
After the form, you complete your application by sending Coolabahly HR one WhatsApp message. The button opens WhatsApp with a message already written and addressed to the Coolabahly HR number, which you will see at the top of the chat. Nothing is sent to Coolabahly automatically; you read the message and tap Send. If you cannot use WhatsApp, email careers@coolabahly.com and Coolabahly will help another way.

Traffic to coolabahly.com is encrypted with HTTPS and application details are limited to the Coolabahly staff who process them. If a data breach is likely to result in serious harm, Coolabahly will tell you as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

Yes, it does at Coolabahly. Email careers@coolabahly.com to access, correct or delete your details, withdraw your application or raise a concern. Coolabahly may check your identity, aims to reply within 30 days and will explain if something cannot be done. An introduction Coolabahly has already made stays made, even if you withdraw.

Coolabahly does not use automated decision-making. At Coolabahly a person reviews each application, and the final say on hiring belongs to the employer.
Coolabahly roles are intended for adults. Information about a child that reaches Coolabahly will be deleted.
Write to careers@coolabahly.com explaining your concern. Coolabahly will look into it and respond in writing, and if you remain dissatisfied, a person at Coolabahly with no earlier involvement will review the matter afresh.
Coolabahly asks for your preferred role so the right details and training reach you and the application goes to the matching employer. Not sure yet? Mention it when you message Coolabahly HR and they will talk you through each role first. Until an introduction has happened, you can switch roles by sending a WhatsApp message or writing to careers@coolabahly.com.
The chat with Coolabahly HR is stored so the team has context when you follow up. Only staff dealing with applications can read it, and Coolabahly will delete its copy on request. Your phone keeps its own copy of the chat with Coolabahly, and WhatsApp handles its records under its own policy. Coolabahly does not pass WhatsApp conversations to advertisers or data brokers.
It is fine to change your mind after applying to Coolabahly. Tell Coolabahly HR on WhatsApp or write to careers@coolabahly.com, and Coolabahly will end contact about roles, make no new introductions and remove your information as described under retention, except anything Coolabahly is legally obliged to keep.
The information Coolabahly holds comes from you, so a quick check before submitting helps. Where something seems incorrect, Coolabahly HR will ask you about it instead of changing it on assumption, and corrections can always be sent through WhatsApp or to careers@coolabahly.com.
Coolabahly may revise this policy and will show the new date above. Where required by law, Coolabahly will notify you before a change affects information it already has.
